Question
Enough torque

I have three spektrum 3040 servos. At 4.8v they have 23oz. of torque and 28oz at 6v. My silver series speed control only has 5v. I would like to put these in a PA 260. I am wondering if 23oz is enough torque. Plus I only have three 3040, when I buy a 4th sevro with more torque should I put it on the rudder or elavator? Thanks

Those servo will be enough. The extra is a light plane so no worries there. I am much harder on the elevator than the rudder so if it was me the stronger servo would be on the elevator

Thanks Losi. I ordered the plane. I wish they could just beam it to me. Im using eflite 15 in it which is going to add about 2oz. to the AUW but it will still have a lighter wing loading than almost all the other planes its size. Thanks Man.

If anyone sees this and has a PA 260 I was wondering if everyone crosses the pull pull lines to the rudder. I looked though the huge 260 thead but did not see any good examples.
