Delta-V 180 or similar thrust?

Does anyone have any published data for the E-flite Delta V-180 thrust provided?

I am pondering a scratch build and need a fan about this size. I also see the HK version in a 27mm, but on 2S it only provides 66 grams of thrust.

What other fans are there up to 30mm that deliver more thrust on 2S?
~Thanks
Jim

Can't help you with published data, but members indicate 51g-55g thrust on the DeltaV180, depending on which of the two motors are installed.
I don't recall seeing numbers for the 30mm Hyper flow fan, but suspect it's numbers are a little higher?
I'm assuming these numbers are generated with the respective lipo each unit was marketed with. Others would be quick to point out that other packs will yield other numbers. It's a thrust to weight thing.
...that 66g thrust spec seems a bit "outstanding" by comparison, ...with which lipo, I wonder...
Just weighed my DeltaV, with wires shortened, end removed. 12.5g.
...that 8g weight spec also seems a bit "outstanding" by comparison.
Which esc will you be using?

I would likely use a Turnigy Plush 6 amp. It is good for 6 continuous, 8 burst. What is the actual OD and length of the fan unit? Thanks for the weight!

I'm travelling now, back to the DeltaV in a few days, sorry.
Hope somebody posts Hyper flow numbers too.
Although they seem hard to aquire..?..

No problem, appreciate the help. This is a project in the planning so a few days is no matter.
This is my first go at an EDF design, so I am trying to get some background. In fact I had to google the Hyperflow to see what it is

Finally found some thrust info on the Hyperflow fan with Ammo motor, as in the GP F-86.
Nitrocharged posted 65g thrust at 3.7amps with a 2 cell.
I can't recall what the whole Hyperflow setup weighs - fan was 1.1g, shroud was 1.9g - but I seem to recall that with the motor(Edit: 5.1g) and hard-wired esc (4.9g), it was slightly lighter(edit: almost exactly the same as) than the DeltaV180 fan, shroud, and motor, with no esc.
That said, while the DeltaV motor and shroud is heavy, it's more comprehensive and arguably better suited for stand-alone-non-ducted applications than the Hyperflow.

Btw, I don't have a micrometer with me, but it looks like a 29mm o.d., and 29mm shroud length. Rotor hub protrudes about 4mm, motor protrudes about 1cm. Allow for wire at the end of that.

Awhile back I did some tests with 30mm printed fans and I also tested a HyperFlow fan to get some comparison numbers. What I got on my test rig was 70 gr thrust @ 4.83 amps @ 7.95 volts @ 38.4 watts.
I don't think I had an exhaust cone on it.

Fan, shroud and motor comes out to be 8.1 grams.

FWIW ....
