Eagle N6 v2 Power wiring

Guys i am building a new Quad and this is my 1st time, my question is when you connect the ESCs and the Receiver to the Controller Board do i have to eliminate the + Volt wire from the ESC & Receiver ? or i can connect all ESCs and Receiver wires to the board directly?

Thanks
Ramall

you can get a good background from the quadrino thread

your fc could be a little different but this is a good starting point, good diagrams etc...
