Dynam Grand Cruiser ESC ?

ok, so Nitroplanes specs says it has 2 x 25A ESC, but Graysonhobby.com says it has 2 x 40A ESC. so what is it, surely they dont make two versions ?

30's. Can't go wrong with Grayson. Yeah, you pay $10.00 more than Nitro but shipping is cheap and the people are great.

30A on mine, also....it's about a year old. Dynam may have up sized the ESC's in the most recent production runs.

Ditto on Grayson, as well!

Another onboard video

I love flying this plane. I thought I was lower but the video proves otherwise.

Excellent flying Jim! So great when you can have the field to yourself early in the morning like that.

Well, my friend finally got his Dynam Grand Cruiser fixed and ready to fly this past Sunday. He found that one of the new motors he had installed had the shaft pushed back into the can and that was causing the difference in RPM on that motor; that was the cause of the plane banking right and crashing the last two times he flew it. Well, with that fixed, and the subsequent repair of the wing, he flew it again. It flew great the first time he put it up, although he sensed it was a bit twitchier than usual. On his second flight, he turned into the wind and just as he leveled it out, the wings folded. One too many repairs on the wing we guess. Well, the plane has finally given up the ghost. Great plane while it flew though.

Bummer to hear. When one goes down, we all mourn the loss.
