GOOD Morning Gary.
OK what I run with mind is a pair of pitman small pump motors. They are lowe RPM motors both are 12 volt. But with plenty or pulling power. Also use a single novak speed control. Rooster along with a 12 Volt jell cell and speckrum radio set up.
I am wondering if you have went over power with yours. I cant not answer this one . maybe someone elest can . Gill may be able to help ya .? I try to keep to low RPM motors with good tquart motors. TO be honest I have never realy know what some of the motors I use but with the larger ships I try to say with the Pitman motors or dumous motors. I will usely different props for speed I will use single props something like your standar traxas speed props they work good with the motors I use.
Depending on what i am setting up I will also use midwest or dumous 3 bladed props. BUT IF I Dont like what I have I will do some changing untill I get what i want.
ONE thing that dose concern me right now depending on what RPM motors you did get heat could become a problem all of this will come into play . FOR ME I just try to stay with what has work for me in the pass. SO just throw out that question and see what answers you get . This is the best that I can say . If they run to hot or to fast just gear them down or take them and go to a lower RPM motors. JUST watch out for heat.
BUT you can controll that problem and keep an eye on your speed control and see if will handle the power. I wish I could tell you more. BUT I am not a bout to tell you something that I am not sure of . So Maybe if gill or ghost reads this maybe they can help . Since Ghost knows of your area and what you can pick up. DON

2 ESC's probaly best with those motors unless you have a very High Amp ESC? If You use 2 ESC's use a Y lead 2 run em off one channel on Rx not really necessary 2 run em separately on a DD

Cheers Bruce

NOT a problem I can see. at all. Those guys may know those motors more then I do . I do things a little different FOR I have never use bearings at all on my ship shafts. I use only brass tubing and sold rod . Never had a problem but over there I am sure things could be different . I dont have a problem at all on someone elest readvising you. FOR I dont know what is like across the pond at all. This is why I say get ahold of those that I know live on the other side. They know what you can do and not do. I can only tell you what I have done and has work for me. This is the best I can do.

HEY not a problem at all those are about the same scale as 1.24 scale I know you can reley to that one. Well I tryed to do a short cut with the truck well sometimes IT dose nto work.
HEY i have an idea for turning turrets something I do all of the time but then you will have to have a 4 or 6 channel radio use servos under them This is what I do for me it works good and you have no linkage that you have to deal with or a lot of extar wireing just plug in and that is it. on a rador use a small motor and just mount a shaft on top. Use a small one and only use half of the power to make it run. IF you want you also set up it with a small micro swith to turn it on by the radio or just set up a small off and on switch so you can turn it on hand. JUST a few ideas that you can use on the big one . ON servos you can use reg futaba ones or even use minis. It all depends on what you have to work and how you set everthing up . FOR On my the Wisky BB 64 1/200 ship MIND GO up and down and back and forth.
With the room you have to work with not you can do all kinds of things. Just remember about top weight. Keep it down in the hull . JUST Be sure to add weight or ballas in the hull. BUt all of that comes laters.

YOUR TOYS look fast just sittng there. So tell me what are they ya I know you dumb yank cant tell what they are ;-))) have a good one . Rusty.
