How to build you Avionik-B model.

At first:
this is not official manual.
I'm not autorised to make it from team Avionik.

This is my point of view to the inadequate relation to the model from part of Pilots.
Fellows, you obtained very qualitative model. Specifically, on such models they become the champions of World. Respect the quality of model and the labor of producer. And this will return to you by high score in the field.

The Wing

First,

Never use the flat connector's from the wing in flight. This connectors is for test only, and this is not adopt for constant use in race condition.

For less than two years which I flight the Avionik B models, I have to see how the team use only self made from something like this, connectors ("connector" "connector1") fotos.

Prepare 2-3 cm of 4mm heatshrink tube and 10-15 cm 1.2 mm heatshrink.
Solder the wing connectors first, with great care, accurate, cut the wires one by one from flat connectors, make pass first trow the 4mm tube and solder each one to his position on the wing connector.

Please notice, I have cut one lip from "male" side and glued this lip on "female", to make some like a "key". And never wrong with.

Please, make the horns for Flap and Aileron from 2mm circuit board. Try to find some with really tiny fiber.

Notice the "a!" this is good position for neutral of flap servohorn. Make this equal for other one.

Pay attention for height of Flap horn and hole position!!!

Tail part is easy. Prepare the elevator link, but do not glue one side end. Till the elevator do not stay in place with his horn.

Make the elevator bed on the rudder top. Sand it to do perfect "T", and not less than 4-5 mm down travel for elevator.
