RG 65 C rig sails
Im about to start building a C rig for my Goth RG. Should I build shaped sails or is it not worth the effort given its used in stronger winds where a flat panel main and jib might be almost as good.
Alternatively how would a shaped jib go with a flat panel main? Im thinking a flat panel mains leach will tend to fall off earlier which may be desirable so its really just acting as a big trim tab for the jib.
Oh yeh this is on a swing rig.
