try tuning one axis at a time...unplug the roll and focus on the pitch...if you get that going good...then unplug pitch and plug roll back in...tune roll...
this may be a dumb question...but is the gimbal completely balanced on each axis?

I am an IDIOT! I had the motors crossed on the board. Swapped the motor connections and it worked right away. A little high frequency vibration but I turned the gains down a little and it's looking good. THANKS for the help.

New video: Quadplane update

Made a lot of progress. Going to try a new board FW next that has dual flight modes for two sets of PIDs.

could be...like i said...tune only one axis at a time...makes it a lot easier...also, maybe go on the tarot gimbal support thread and see if anyone has settings that work good...i assume that most people are running the same camera since it only works with the gp3 right??

been tearing my hair out trying to get rid of the twitches. It was only in the roll direction. Tilt was smooth and vibration free. Finally tracked it down to a poor solder connection to the sensor on the camera mount. There are 4 wires soldered to the board and it looked like an intermittent short between the wires at the solder joints. Finally I'm one happy camper!
