I knew you raced boats. Some fellows up here know you well.

touching on water is one thing, mid-airs with your fragile scale airplane is something else.

I knew one of these days you would re-work you scale plane. Wish I could be there to see all your work come to fruition. I am sure the event will go well.

I hope everyone appreciates all the work you have and are putting into this event. Takes a lot of work, worry and planning to pull it off.

You are da man to do this.

Orrin,

The Michigan racers are some of the best RC boat racers in the nation. And some great all around dudes!

Looks like some of the pilots are the same way my friend! Looking forward to seeing you on…….

SCALE Saturday!

Yes, I knew what Mike looks like. He helped me pick out a charger at Toledo. Mike has some skills and so to all the other scale builders. What they do is amazing.

Sorry Mike, I can't come. Costs way too much money this year. I have to save for a special project and get some parts for a couple of planes I bought last spring, summer. I got to put together a Widgen, which I dearly need to fly this year. My first twin ever. Since I got a lake to fly off of.

Gas just jumped again, $3.80.9 and I am sure it will jump another $0.10 soon if not more. It would cost $200 or more to drive to E-Fest. I had hoped to drive down on Saturday morning and sleep in the car on the way and then leave and return home. Just can't be done.

I am sure your scale contest will go well.

Some great looking models! And just a few days ago, there seemed to be concern about having enough models! Looking forward to seeing who won, and maybe some flight videos?
