GoPro Hero1 and 2 cases

These cases are lightweight 22 grams+-2 grams (The OEM case is 68 grams) You never have to drill your OEM case. You also almost never need to remove it from this case. The lense area is countersunk for protection. I charge mine and take out the SD card without ever removing the GoPro from my quad. This design fits both the HERO1 and HERO2 Gopro devices. This is ABS plastic extruded with a 3d printer. The Gopro clip is NOT included you need to use your OEM clip

looks cool, question are you able to sand down them to a smoother finish if you wanted to?

Sure all my prints are sandable and paintable/you can putty them or just acetone bath them to make them shiny if you want

how long would you bathe them in acetone?
I just happen to have a 4L tin

Just a dip then let it dry without touching it. I mean in and out and hang it to dry...takes hours to dry

might be a dumb question, but it's not clear to me by looking at the pics. how do you put the gopro in? is it a latch also like the oem casing?
