There is only one choice. The HobbyKing Reaktor 300W. Forget AC power. Get a server power supply for around $25.

Even though you may think this is overkill you will appreciate the extra power with the ability to charge multiple batteries at the same time. With only a 12V power supply you realize less than the 300W power. It will still provide plenty and later on you can add another 12V power supply to get the full 300W.

Sounds like you are looking for a New Toyota Corolla for 2 Grand!

I can't open those links either, but know what he is pointing you to.

In your OP, you stated a lot of what you want it to do, but none of the specs on the batteries so we can say that a particular charger will let you accomplish it. Let us know the specs on battery packs please. Number of Cells, mAh, Max charge rate - usually 1C - 5C.

As for the recommendation from ggcrandall1, I agree, spend the money now. I argue with guys at the field that say my iCharger is not a real charger and I should get a HiTec X4 or similar charger that is 4 chargers in one AC only, requires a expensive generator to run and costs $200 .... and can only charge the most commonly used cells in 1 hour because each of the 4 charge circuit can only support 50W, and probably half a day for a 6S5000. I can charge the same battery in 20 minutes from my $70 deep cell on my I Charger, and I can charge 4 at a time using A/C in about 30 minutes.

The problem with AC/DC chargers is you are usually limited to 50-80Watts Maximum. I have a 50Watt HiTec X1 ACplus, I love it, and I do most of my field charging from it. It can handle 2 3S 3000 in a little over an hour right below a 1C charge rate, I can do 3 500mAh 3S cells in 20-30 minutes on it from 3.7v. I bought it as a backup and it is worth every penny of the $70 I paid. It also is the charger I use to recharge my Deep Cycle Lead AGM battery.

Your not going to find a better charger for the money than this one. Same as link above that doesn't work. http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...e_Charger.html And this power supply and you will be set. http://www.lipoconnectionsolutions.c...rgers-2462.htm

That power supply is massive overkill for what he's looking for though. Pretty much any cheap server power supply will work to charge his batteries from a Reaktor, sure he might eventually want to upgrade but server supplies are practically free. If you know anyone who works in the tech industry they generally are free.
