Yes, Rich my experience has been a big "thumbs-up." IMHO, they're one of the two premier electric suppliers, with Kirk at New Creations being the other. Of course, they're both located in Texas.

I've bought gear from them and I've tested planes for them. Their prices are good, their service is top notch, and their shipments always get here on or before their scheduled time.

Rich,
Dave (EAM) is one of the best. Very prompt service. I've ordered quite a bit from him over the winter. Received my orders within days. You'll have no problems.

I buy a great deal of my equipment through EAM. Dave is great and really loves this hobby. In fact, I would go as far as to say he is absolutely addicted to model planes (eflight in particular, but he has a couple of IC planes too - FEEL FREE TO GIVE HIM A "VERY" HARD TIME ABOUT THAT!, I do...)

Like most vendors in this hobby, he puts a lot of energy into making sure things are right.

I have been there, and was treated rudely, and found the "know how of e-flight" nonexistant. Needless to say New Creations ( which really is the largest electric dealer in the US) and my local shop get all my R/C $'s.

I like going into EAM...they never fail to have something new and interesting to see and the variety and depth of the stock is pretty amazing.

jsc, you must have caught Dave or one of the other guys on a bad day. I have always been treated great there. I don't agree with every detail of everything he talks about, E-flight wise, but he is usually pretty close to the mark.

JSC I am sorry we were unable to answer your questions to your satisfaction. Different dealers specialize and stock different things in different quantities. I am glad that you have found a dealer and local hobby shop that better suit your needs

my only [complaint] is being overcharged on shipping, i bought a couple micro fans and paid $7 shipping and actual was $3 and change. but then again he use's US mail which is good, and he takes paypal, and thats the only reason i used him, i guess it all works out in the long run.

I ordered a pair of Turbo 450's from them a couple of weeks ago. The order was completed and shipped promptly.

All done via internet with no actual contact with a human being.

If anyone is scrounging around for Turbo 450's give them a try. They had a number of them in stock when I ordered mine.
