New Product
New Multiplex Stunt Master

The Multiplex Stunt Master comes as an "RR" version (Receiver Ready) and will sell for around $169.99. The kit comes 90% complete with the decals on it and everything! Just throw in a 325mah - 500mah 3S pack, your RX/Radio and within 30 minutes or so, you're in the air!

This thing is awesome, and tough! It's made of Multiplex's legendary Elapor foam and does every trick in the book! You guys are going to love it! http://hitecrcd.com/products/airplan...master/product

Here's the theatrical introduction and then I'll post the unboxing and flying videos shortly!

Enjoy...

They just started shipping this week so will be in the stores shortly. Here's a link to Tower page for it: http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXEFSJ&P=ML

Note the components all carry a one year warranty so if you every have any issues with them Hitec/Multiplex will stand behind them!

INTERMODELLBAU 2014 - MPX StuntMaster Indoor (3 min 18 sec)

Although rather a Parkflyer than an Indoor model, the StuntMaster performs pretty well in a tight space.

One question: Why do you guys persist in using that dratted green proprietary ESC connector? That's the main reason I don't usually buy Multiplex models. When I see a receiver ready model marketed here in the US, I expect to just plop a receiver in and go fly. The last thing I want to do is tear the thing apart and modify the ESC. How about a more common Deans type connector or maybe even an EC3? Anything but that darn green thing.

The Stunt Masters sold in the USA will have the T-type deans style.

Why not using Micro Deans?

Because the deans T-type is much more popular.... I don't know of many batteries that come with micro deans preinstalled. The user can always swap them out as needed. Cool video BTW, is that you flying one of the planes?

Here's another video of the Hitec demo at SEFF with the Stunt Master and Hitec Weekender Extra 300s to give you an idea how both those planes fly! The Stunt Masters starts at around the 1:50 mark.

Hi Mike,

For a 3/450mAh battery, the Micro Deans is much better suited than the T-type, but you are right, you will most likely have to solder it to the battery yourself.

I can't fly and do video recordings at the same time, plus my 3D flying skills are not at the same level as Lukas Nakir or Donatas Pauzuolis.
