There's also a high low setting for digital and analog servos. Can't remember where. But it's on channel 4 in kk2 menu.

Keep in mind that if you have the servo plugged into M4 for you also have to have one of your ESCs providing power to M2-M8 for the servo to work.

So it's not enough to just have one of the esc's providing power to M1? So do I just plug in M1, M2 and M3 do the throttle calibration and then connect up the servo last?

I am using the KK2 LCD board as you know and it's my first one, heck it's my first multicopter. I saw a guy flying a tricopter at the park and I was hooked.

So here I am a newby by any standards in multicopters, I appreciate the great and all the responses I have been getting here.

No, it's not enough to supply power to M1. M1 powers the KK2 and the Rx only. M2-M8 need one of the remaining ESCs to supply power to the servo in M4 or servos in M7 & M8 if you are using camera stabilization in firmware ver. 1.5.

M2-M8 share a common ground on the KK2 so it doesn't matter which ESC remains powered. This also means that there is another consideration - if you are using ESCs with switching BECs you can only have one active in M2-M8. If your ESCs use linear BECs they can all be active, but SBECs will interfere with each other and may overheat.

Servo has always a noise but it does'nt matter.
