Near infra-red aerial photography
We normally use kites for aerial work:
http://www.armadale.org.uk/phototech.htm from the near-UV through to the thermal infra-red. Does anyone on this forum use near-IR for archaeological work? We are now going to try out other platforms with children (Young Archaeologists' Clubs and schools) in mind. Has anyone used the diminutive 808 #16 for near-IR? This one was done with Autopano Pro (www.kolor.com). I've also used Microsoft Image Composite Editor, which is free, but the results can be inconsistent.
