I have the APC 10x7E and I can confirm that the hub is thinner than the stock PZ hubs. I don't know if the P10 adapter is any different than the stock adapter. If it's the same or similar, it won't work with the 10x7E because the hub is too thin and you can't tighten the nut enough. Thus the need for a different adapter. If the P10 adapter is full threaded (i.e. no step), however, then yes, it should work, but I'm assuming it's not (i.e. has a step) given that he's having issues with it.

That was my experience when I replaced the prop. It was anot E thin apc. Just ordered a 5mm full threaded prop adapter and problem was resolved

I did some reinforcement of the firewall piece behind the front landing gear. I could see it was getting stress fractures and would have eventually come apart. I took off the cowl and painted the whole area with super glue to give it some strength. I then cut up pieces of fabric tape to cover the surfaces before painting another layer of super glue over it. It is pretty strong now. So far so good!

My guess is you have one of the little adapters installed in your prop. Pull out that little adapter (washer) and the prop will have a large bored hole and a smaller hole in front. The large hole fits on the step. I have used about 15 of these on my planes. They do work.
