GWS EPS help for the feeble-minded!

So, I'm sitting here looking at this GWS EPS-400C-D and an EP 1080 prop.

And it occurs to me that I have *no* idea how to put the prop & spinner on! I guess the GWS people thought they'd be dealing with people that had a "higher than room temperature" IQ.

Wrong!

On the output shaft, from the gearbox end, there sits a nut, followed by a flat washer, then a split washer, then the last nut. And the spinner itself, is out on the end.

Where, in this sequence, does the prop go?

If I'd seen a forum titled, "Model Mechanics for Dummies," I'd have posted this question there.

Enlighten me, oh Learned Ones!

Mike,

The prop, make sure writing is out facing you, goes on the nut by the motor, then the washers, then the last nut and spinner. The first nut fits into a molded nut shaped cavity in the prop.

STL,

Tried that, it worked, all is Right with the World!

Thank you *very* much!

This one one of those "obvious things" that just seems to be a bit elusive, until it jumps right up and smacks you in the face.
