No. Good thing they are inexpensive.
The 3 wires are fragile and don't tolerate excessive movement.
I glue them with goop right at the base of the stator.

I'm assuming you mean that the bell and shaft parted company... if they are held by set screws, then those may have come loose or fallen out... if the two are press-fitted together you may need to JB Weld them. The early CD ROM motors had that problem since the can was so thin that there was very little contact surface.
If the bell and shaft came out, that would be because the rear circlip failed.

In a last ditch effort I fashioned a brace out of an old style mount. We'll try that today. I have my doubts, and a replacement motor.
