I've got a few of the HV cells. So far the performance has been great, definitely my top performing packs and will be my default purchase going forward. John has said they "may" not last as long as his standard packs depending on how you use them but that is why he has only released a 4.27v blend so far. He has been talking about a 4.35v blend long before HK released their one but he feels the chemistry isn't/wasn't quite right yet at least from his preferred/partner manufacturer and he is uncomfortable selling a product that he feels doesn't meet his standard and he can't produce consistent results, he wouldn't speak for HK since they use different manufacturers but he doubted that HK's 4.35v chemistry was ok knowing the supplier, that's what I could gather anyway. That alone I think says a lot about John and his products. John has been in the Industry a long time and worked with Kokam when they first bought Lipos' to the market.

There is thread going in the Batteries and chargers section with one user having over 200 cycles on some with still great results.

You could try contacting John at Revo and asking what they may be able to do to get the size/package into something that will fit your needs. John has always been open to the idea of making whatever the market needs. Since the packs are made to order he may be able to get them stacked differently etc.. There may be a small charge there may not be I wouldn't know but it's worth asking.

Thank you, it is something I have meant to follow up, but have been side tracked for whatever reason. Did surprise me the wires ran along the side of the battery.
