That Portugese video was great, I almost spit out my coffee laughing. There was a link to another video of the same event. There were two things I noticed in the second video. 1) The second attempt to launch was successful. 2) The first attempt would have gone better if they would have installed the horizontal stabilizer/elevator securely; looks like it fell off when it hit the launchers head. Note to self ... always install stab securely before flying.

Maybe its the outfit!......I wonder if my toss will improve if i donned the IS uniform?.....I do have the black bataclava courtesy of howsthewind!...... He never came clean why we needed them!

It should be watched to the very end when you see the big red and white light finale.

Yes launch technique is an issue but it's hard to imagine someone would think that a plane that UNDER POWERED could be used in a combat situation.
Might be fun to use as moving target practice though.
