HSG 5084MG Hz and voltage issues?
Did a search on HSG 5084 and 5084 with no results found.
I recently purchased two of these for tail useage on my Blade 400 and Blade 450. Both of these are FBL and electronics are power at 5V with external BECs. Since purchasing these I have read several reports of early failure of these servos . Some state that they can not be used at 333 Hz. and many say they can not be used at 6V even though Hitec rates them for 333 Hz and 6V. Spartan gyro data base suggest that 5V at 333 Hz is OK with thier gyros. http://www.spartan-rc.com/resources/servodb/servo.php So it is safe to operate these at 333 Hz and at 5V , how about 333 and 6V?
