there's a thread on FG somewhere where they're discussing priming/choking routines that allow them to start the engine on the "first flip" as opposed to simply choking it with a few flips until it bangs and then flipping until it starts... where the priming/choking routine involve flipping a dozen times. awesome.

This was all Spanish to me I am still all electric. Does it have something to do with spraying primer on the airplane covering?? What is considered the airplane's neck? Is that where I start wrapping my hands around it and choking it?

Update on Wedge Jr... on Monday he had to have laproscopic surgery on what was a bundle of internal veins in his abdomen that had varicosed ... it was causing him a lot of pain but it appears the surgery was successful ...he has four punctures in him with stitches and has to lay low for about 6 weeks...

He wanted Bob to know that he will not need to part with his yellow SHP since he survived the surgery
