OK guys here it is.
In the raw.
Second battery through it today.
Uncut boring 6 minutes of flight.
Some things I had a lot of trouble getting locked in KE spins and blenders were almost impossible. I think it a CG thing for me to work out.
Plane flys very much like the 42" AJ slick I had, same type of harrier rock and I couldn't get the little Aj slick to KE spin either.
JPF, thanks for the info about the Kv.
I've been on the phone to the local guys several times today trying to get to the bottom of this and they assure me that its 728kV actual wind on this motor.
Of course my hand held tacko isn't up to the job, thanks Hobbyking for that one.
I think I'll ask the dealer to measure me one in their shop and if it actual kV is right then I'll swap them over. They seemed happy to do this for me.
JPF: did you get yours through Subsonic in the USA?

Looks good roger - on some of the harriers - they looked stable others not - when you harrier dropped from high it was stable - on others you did look like adding some inputs - so it is difficult to say weather plane or pilot....
It does look like its worth a punt

Man my phone doesn't play vimeo videos now the 42 slick is a very easy plane to ke spin. Full down, full rudder, slight opposite ailerion. A lot of other planes its a guessing game with the rudder amount but the 42 is just full rudder. I

summer in australia
well, here the other side of the planet....it was an amazing beautiful day, after a brittle cold and very clear night full of stars the sun turned up as bright as she could. its so nice with all that snow. and, no wind at all. it was something below zero, but with all that sunshine it felt really warm.
ok, mounted the collar ring to the hacker in the morning and putted the apc 14x7 on.
cg exactly at 99mm, wich is about 5mm behind the wingtube.
up in the air: first i noticed, it didnt need any clic of trim nowhere.
then...incredible....the plane flew upright and inverted completely straight. no side needed up or down input. absolutely dead neutral both sides, never had this at any plane.
the slick is a easy to fly and stable (i wasnt flying all winter), rolling rate is good (not lightning fast, will try 50 degrees next time), looks in good after the snap, torques both sides (althought contra-torque comes slow), flat spin is stable (need to dive in the inside wing a little to get them tight), its precise enough and there is NO wingrock.
actually i found blenders and spins worked very well.
i was worried a little that the plane would feel heavy with 1660g, but it didnt.
hk did a great job in r&d, this thing couldnt fly this good otherways.
there is still lots to explore, i just had a few flight. at the moment i like it more than ef extra 48 and others.
as for the slick: HK IS A TOP MANUFACTOR.

However, the whole "THE top manufacturer" thing might be a stretch, certainly the lack of spare parts means something.
