I got Grump Cat stuff! Wasn't looking to get any toys, still trying to thin the stuff I got down.

Any hotel recommendation for Joe Nall that will work for the boys and girls?

I think they list the hotels that they have contracted with for a better price on their website.
If that doesn't work for you let me know and I'll do some research for you.

Here are some video's of this rolling spider toy....

Yessir... I have seen those, they look like a hoot.

I have the mQX Quad... Love it. I got a kit from Flite Test, I need to spend one of my days off building it.

I'm just now taking it out of the box. I'll give you a report on the fun factor.

What did you guys get?
Got a Traxxas Rustler VXL rc car here. To keep my Grandson and I entertain. And it give the dogs something to chase around in the back yard also.

One gift that entertains you, grands and the dog is a hit for Christmas.

I have seen that mqx quad also and it looks like fun. I will have to get the hang of this controlling with my iphone. I think I like the joysticks better at this point.

yeah... I have not ran anything iPhone controlled yet, I do like the limits of the sticks and knowing the range of motion. It should be fun as long as you don't stick that quad in the wife's hair.

I got the EFlite viking - Seems to have had an issue - loss of control - twice now. So far the analysis seems to be pointing to the speed control.

But fun little plane.

I had got myself and my dad a Hubsan quad - these little guys are a ton of fun and pretty rugged -

As far as hotels, I had reservations at the hampton, just because I get points. I had called to make reservations and I assume got a good discount because of Joe Nall. I had to cancel (again) but will be planning on going this year again.

No SAFE - I helped a friend that had that in his apprentice - did not like it. It was pretty slick how it would get it to fly level, but other than that, saw no help. The thing I really disliked is that you could not disable it.

We yank out the RX and put in a normal one... Disabled.

I have not heard anything negative about it but would be happy to check it out and send a few pictures.

no worries.... If it has not been in the news for drug bust or multiple murders, we should be good. The web site photos indicate its an new nice location.
