Still a beginner so...

I want to build a giant working model of a Boeing 787-9 but I cant find plans that fit my budget (meaning free). So where do I get plans because I don't know how to scale up or down.

Hi BabaZ, do you have a cad program? I can provide you with the original boeing CAD file that I used or you can go straight to the Boeing site and download it there.

So what I did was get 3 view plans online from Mr. Google Images, then go to Fed EX Kinkos and have them blow them up and print them to scale. It was about 20 bucks and they ended up great.
