Mike Trew 'Countryman'? But from memory the c-man was bigger than that?

Having a stab at Nimrod

Plenty of wood there!

Certainly looks close Gary but the span on Nimrod is only 139" and my pal
muttered that each wing panel was six feet and that the span was 144", of
course if he added the fuselage width it would be a couple of inches more.
Will get him to check it tomorrow. He wants to get the plan so that he can build
the tailplane.
Sorry for not being more precise I should have checked it myself.
Thanks for looking John
One other point, the wing inner panels section is undercambered but the outer panels
are not. John

It's difficult to tell from the small picture they provide for the Nimrod, it looks like the wing is all sheeted.

The different outer wing section might be an anti-tip stall feature, the Chris Foss Phase 5 (which is a sloper) has a lifting section root rib morphing to symmetrical at the tip.

Looks well built anyway, should definitely finish it!

The nimrod was fully sheeted and used carbon tubes for the spars. I have the build article somewhere
I wonder if it could be a cadenza from the late 80's or early 90's.
Posting on the barcs website might bring a better response?
