Very true! I'm actively looking for better GCS but will probably wait for the new APs to come out since they will likely be able to be used with a number of different GCS packages. I realize the the GCS developer has moved on to bigger and better things in life and won't knock him for doing so. HK works OK for my current uses but without further development or support it's pretty much a dead horse that's not worth beating......

Help!

The manual says I can store WP files in the Missions folder then upload them to Atto.

I don't find a screen that recognizes the .txt files or lets me load them.

I think what it refers to is being able to make fligh plans within the GCS and save them. I've done it successfully that way.

Jimmy,

Thanks - I think that's it. I found the files in Program Files/HK/... They are a different format than standard Atto files.

I'll try the GCS tomorrow.

Thanks again,

Tom

Has anyone tried the control buttons on the "Control" tab for RTL, Loiter etc with an AttoPilot? How about manual control via a joystick?

Thanks!

I suspect its not so much that HK moved on to bigger and better things....its that RCG "moderated" him to the point of leaving RCG and never coming back. Just like many, many other serious, valuable content providing RCG members in the last couple of years.

I can't see them "moderating" people that provide content out. Content is what keeps people coming back.

Yep. I agree. But HK left because of the pathetic "points" system here and a total failure on RCG part to give him a valid effort at looking why or how he accrued points. Do you know who Timecop is? Or Ssassen? Even Trappy? They all left RCG because of the moderators. Or, should I say lack of moderators. And those are just the ones I know of offhand. And they were SERIOUS providers of valuable content.

Hey, Guys.

Anyone setup the antenna tracker using the Maestro controller and a 360 degree pan servo? I can control the tilt servo with no problem but can only get the pan servo to spin in one direction or the other. Any suggestions? Do I need to go back to a normal servo?

Thanks!
