GPS in Australia

Hi All
I'm in Buderim Queensland Australia. My Eagletree GPS expander is very slow picking up satellites and stops and starts.
It also appears to be 180' out. Any clues to why this might happen, hints to fix or ideas would be appreciated. John

Hi, is it a recently purchased GPS? Also, note that you need to be outdoors, and away from buildings, for good GPS reception.

Hi I took my Raptor to a new location and was very pleased to see that the orientation of the GPS is now showing correct direction, I don't know why it would be any different to my home location and I haven't had time to see if it reads correctly at home now. The issue with slow pickup of satellites and intermittent operation all seems to have resolved itself along with the orientation issue so all is well.
