Which equipment for Nova scotia 100?
Hi there guys, i'm a beginner modelist and im about to buy a Nova scotia 100 that i luckily found at a shop nearby (seems to be impossible to find). I wanted it because i dont like sloops & regatas but just wanted something to sail alone.
However there is very little information around about it.
I was wondering what equipment i should get for that boat.
I am completely new to modeling so i don't have much experience, but i read a lot.
On the net i've found out the boat has one motor included:
Johnson 785LP 5 Pole Motor Included
Have no idea what that is for...
What radio and servos should i get? I'd like something cheap since i don't plan to get other boats or models.
Ideally i'd want to spend another 100 euros (130$) on equipment maximum (radio, servo, batteries, and i should be fine, right?)
What should i aim for? Cheap 2.4 ghz or other kind of radios?
EDIT: I thought i clicked the sailboat forum :| Maybe the thread can be moved there?

It's OK... radios and servos are spoken everywhere here.
Do you have a link to or pics of a Nova Scotia 100? Need more information.

This is the only link with info:
As for a photo, you can check one here:
There was a thread on this forum where a user reviewed this boat.
Unfortunately, all pics are wrong now.
I tried to contact the author, will see if he can send me the pics.
This is the thread link
