The madness begins (continues) Wing Jig

Well I dont know if a store bought jig would do any better but, here is my typical setup. Has always worked for me AND will fit any application....just have to scrounge around a little!

I don't see anything wrong with your procedure....a man has to do what he has to do with what he has! What plane are you building this wing for?

The madness continues

A dehavilland dh60 moth. Gordon Whitehead design, Very Lite structure, I think the covering will weigh more than the airframe! Good thing though because a 48inch span bipe needs to be lite if your powering it with an antique os .20 four stroke. Original plan was 45" span.......just felt the need to bump it a bit.

THE MADNESS CONTINUES mock up (sorta)

Well I admit ya gotta squint a lot and use your imagination but this will be a dh60 moth hopefully by spring/summer. The top wing still needs finish sanding.....weight is 3 oz, the rudder and fin is 3/4 oz, and the stab/elevator is an even 1 oz. (liter fly's better!)
