looked like it was dropping a wing - tip stall tendency?
The wing core was built with zero washout and flat as possible. On launch its a toss up if it drifts left or right for the first 40ft when my friend lets go, we haven't used the rail since the X brace riser on the front end of the bungee. I need to make my own so I can fly it more independently.

Ergo working file .dxf

Enclosed is a working file for the Ergo, it is not structured or in any format or sheet just a raw dxf file for anyone to work with should they like to try and build one of these speed demons. You may need to adjust the cage diameter for your housing, Gary has a couple of nacelles as does Velocity-RC. I'm thinking of building a plug for a nice 70mm nacelle and 90mm nacelle following Clauses lead in design but with my twist of a straight cylinder area before and after the fan, in other words I extended the front of the housing by 12% and the rear by 75% shrouding the motor and to facilitate and area of even/equal velocity before it squeezes in the tail pipe efflux. I made quick change tail pipes using g-10 rings taped to the rear extension until I found the one I liked.
The cats out of the bag as to why its so quiet and works more efficient than other CS70 mm fans.

How about a rebuild with a prop after tearing the nacelle off about a year ago! Got some scrap aluminum channel and buzzed it on the band saw, a bit of bending and a tap for a shade tree mount!
Lost 8 oz of battery weight , only 20grams of motor weight difference to the EDF nacelle. 1800 grams/3lb15oz, it was 4.75lb with edf and 6s
This is a SK3 Fan Drive 39mm x 68mm 1500Kv, 65c5000ma4s and the same YEP 150a esc, a Power Croco 11 x 17s folder

All I can say is I didn't get video but it is FAST and quiet! I may have busted the 200 mph mark but it was windy, I flew a good couple of oops high as I was afraid of torque roll but it was way manageable. Half throttle does about 80-90, a good dive from upwind produced the high pitch whistle from the horns and it looked NASCAR fast at the distance I flew for the re maiden. Mid speed was silent and high throttle burners sounded like a slight helicopter blade burp the whole way while blowing a hole in the air! I'm quite happy at the results for my first rear swept wing adventure so far. You guys might not know but my first wings were swept forward! Battery felt normal warm, esc and the motor were cool by the time I landed. Now to get video for a 4s 200mph plus pass to share with you all!
