So I am with the new DS18 Spectrum and have already upgraded all the software to the DX except the last one that will be out here in the next two weeks.
My Question is this. In the BnF so to speak. How cross compatible are these new systems.
EX, The Devention Spectrum to Spectrum that we have here??? Trungry radio spectrum etc etc...
Really lost with all this new radio stuff coming off my 8103 to such a new system...
Thanks Gang ED

You have what ? You probably mean the Spektrum DX18.
The new 1.05 software is out since Wednesday, and you should really install it now because you have to export and reimport all your models, so better now than later when you have a lot of stuff programmed.
BNF stuff from Parkzone or Blade or HH is compatible with your DX18. The Devention or Turnigy might be compatible, but there is no guarantee since they reverse engineered the protocol and especially DSM-X is not done very well, at least with the Orange RX. Use genuine RX, then you are good. If you have some cheap foamies, then you probably waht to try some lemons and oranges, but the AR400 is also very cheap and reliable.
