Aquacraft Rescue 17
A friend of mine just picked up one of these and would like to add a 3 blade prop. Anybody know what the shaft diameter is and recommendations for prop? diameter and pitch of stock unknown, willing to experiment but would like a place to start from.

T@wer Hobbies carries parts for the Aquacraft boats--you may find some
info in the product descriptions--but--I'll bet a donut the Rescue and Atlantic Tug
use the same gear, motors, ESCs.
I recently picked up a gently used Atlantic Tug-it has a 1/8 shaft, 30mm left
hand 3 bladed prop.
I have read here that a slightly bigger 4 blade unit really makes a difference
on the tugs-but I mostly see 3mm,4mm and 3/16 shafts-hardly ever see 1/8.
I guess 3mm is darn near 1/8 .....I think Loyalhanna is a good bet for props.
hope this helps
edit-just re-read your message-if all things being equal, the std. 3 blade tug prop might fit
the Rescue 17....? you could always shoot am email to Aquacraft.
