3D Buster,

Excellent flight. Curious - seems to fall off a bit much when you flip inverted in level flight. Have you tried moving the Cg back?

Hi Greg ,

Thanks for the kind words ,

The drop of hight during inverted flying is due my piloting skills.. not the CG

The Viper have a semi symmetrical airfoil on the wing , this means that to fly inverted the angle of attach need to increase much more then in normal flight , having a relative small elevator don't help to 'catch' the airplane before its sinks for that few moments

Also , with practice you can plan ahead and know how much down elvator , and when to push it

CG , is a bit to the front indeed , but in order to move it back I need to take the servo board out of the way .. and you know what all the mom's says ?
if its ain't broke don't fix it

Ido ,

My new fan arrived today, and I'm really pumped up to fly it again, but unfortunately it looks like rain tomorrow and 20 mph wind on Sunday At least I'll get it back together ... now that the time has changed, I should be able to fly it during the week after work

Nice flying indeed.

And the plane handles it just fine.

I can't imagine the CMPro/HK T-45 flying this slow without stalling.

That was nice - you are getting smoother as you get used to it.

Just curious, has anybody flown the plane in signficant winds? If so how did it handle.

Any more info on your F-22?

Very interested as well.
Just been in contact with Taft Chen regarding the proposed F-22.

It will be a single 90mm EDF, available in June.

I replied that I hoped it wasn't a "re-released" flyfly 90mm F-22. That model didn't fly without major modification.

Fox I would't waste your time and money on that air frame. Flyfly F22 truly sucks i have waste days of mods with that piece of junk. Just my 2 cents.
