Do you record/keep every flight?

Noticed today that im starting to get a pretty large folder containing all my flight video, and i started thinking about what to do with them?

Most of my appealing footage ends up on youtube personally but then the "boring" unedited raw files just end up in the folder.

Do you guys record EVERY flight, and what do you do with all your videos? Do you keep them?

I record everything as well. As of today I've got 107 flights logged, 14 with GPS telemetry. Total recorded footage length is 13 hours 37 minutes, about 95% of which is actual airborne time. 10 minutes of GoPro footage.

Yes, I record every flight, and so far have kept them all. I also have a 1TB external drive for archive storage.

I record each flight, but don't necessarily save each file.

I've got 2TB harddrive on raid, I use it for everything including for my aiptek recordings. I keep every complete flight. Bad launches and very short flights I don't.

almost never record. just note if any changes need to be made.

all the time pre processing & editing transcoding blah blah blah. if you wanted to do that for a day job go be pro video game player or something where your life revolves around processing/uploading times LoL!

record all flights
but erase some of the maidens or not important ones

also constantly watch videos as i work on planes or when I go out to fly in a cerain spot to make it easier to orrient myself and get familiar with the situation

it is very very very important to review the important flights

you will learn the terain and where video is bad or good

most important is looking at your videos again and again fpv will become second nature

I record every flight but delete about half of them. To me the recording is cheap insurance that I can find my plane when I crash... and I always crash
