shes a weapon ! ... full throttle and theres a little delay and then its like its just been shot out of a slingshot lol 1/2 throttle is more then enough for anything I will throw it into hehe. Full speed over my head and I can hear the motor cut for 1/2 a second, happened twice, dont know if its bad or not but im a bit worried about taking it up and over 400ft incase it goes out of range ... I should just buy a new radio for piece of mind but I cant afford it yet ![]() Everything in the plane come down really cool and the motor was only warm. Bought an amplified video splitter - http://www.audiovisualdevices.com.au...roductid=VAC99 Also got a video to usb thingo for my laptop - http://www.gamedude.com.au/prod_show...vd_ezmaker_usb Should have it all working for my next flight tomorrow morning at 6am lol ... gotta go before work tomorrow ![]() Ill post up the video as soon as I go, gotta see how I go in the morning lol ... im really not a morning person. |

Chances,
I'd get all my ducks in a row with any RC TX/RX issues before sending your video gear up. Certainly not worth finding out the hard way that it wasn't reliable (which you know already from the few glitches you've experienced so far) Glad to hear its a rocket! -Ross |

Tonneax in FPV mode
Hi all,
this is my 3rd FPV (plane) used to made my first acrobatic flight in FPV mode.It is a 60 cm.wing span foam Flyingwing, with 10mW Cmos camera uncased at 2,4Ghz; 2 Lipo cell; weight total about 370 gr. Lcd headplay and 12 db Patch antenna ground placed. The quality of the download link is very poor, but it is a kind of training plane to do some flight evolution without any stress

a little bit of progress advance.
pict on the sofa doesn't do it justice. the EPP is not as grainy, thanks god!second view is simulated from mobile phone. nothing is glued together (hence a slight bend, but it hold very well together already. With the template I made, this is really a disposable part... 5 min and a new one is born :-) Weight:3.2 grams, and a good rigidity. Haven't cut the servo hole for the pan yet. maybe i should start a thread? |

Hi,
@ Håkon very nice looking cularis. Can you make some detailfotos of you Kameramount ? I have the same plane and made a wooden fin with a servo on top and the TX directly behind the the cam. Do you have an OSD ? I hab 2 weeks to learn that the GPS is only working on the wings and not on the tail. Sebastian |

Thanks guys!
Matte: Yes, the firmware fixed the problem. The picture got much smoother and sharper ![]() Sebastian: Im not at home at this point, so i cant take some more closeups. But i found this pic. It doesnt have a OSD yet. But i will order one really soon! Edit: Here`s a little clip of the last flight. Im very satisfied with this camera position:
