I'm sure everyone posting here already knows this,
but I am very impressed with the customer sevice from Millennium R/C.
Today I tried to make an order for some X-Gear, and due to problems with the website, my order would not go thru. (International order to Canada)
I emailed Millennium about the problem and within hours I had a reply, and an hour after that Karen emailed me my invioce, and all I had to do was click the link in it to be taken to PayPal.
One more click and it was paid for.
Doesn't get any easier than that.
I have only ordered twice from Millennium (the above order being the 2nd time)
Sure wish all online vendors handled customer service as good as this!
