The material is 3/32 polystyrene(depron?)I will have a small supply of it available soon.As I dont usually have sucess like this with my scratch builds,ie-not attractive,so-so performance,I dont normally create plans.It's also difficult to do using concurrent engineering,LAR principal and KISS princaple to build planes.
I am going to create plans and possibly short kits in the near future(as fast as I can!).I know a fellow who has access to a water jet CNC cutter that will cut almost anything,I think I will send him a sample of the foam and see how well it works.The biggest problem will be digitizing a plan.A hand drawn plan will be no real problem,just take some time.
