Thanks rlc. Yeah a little wind is definately helpful. Launches still scare me but I just made a bungee launcher and installed a hook on the demon.

Haven't tried it on the demon yet but a friend tested it out on a stock Stryker.

I have had great success with launching the ritewing by keeping my throwing arm strait and tossing it at about a 45 deg angle. I don't have to use much force and it takes of rite out of my hand. It looks kind of like a rocket-ship taking off. Slow and steady... I was very nervous on the first throw because of the weight. That and everyone at my flying field thought it was to heavy to fly Boy were they wrong.

Well my Z2 snapped 2200feet above ground today...!
The surprising thing is that the gopro fell freely on it's own and didn't have a scratch!

Here is a lesson for me:
When you repair your zeph that has the motor mount thrown away, repair it with 30 min epoxy and not gg or whatever i did, it was probably not enough...!

I did 30 flights with it no problem, until this one...! ( i am thinking its the motor that caused the snap, maybe you guys have a different view?)
