Cool. Now we're getting somewhere.
I like the way you sanded those edges of the fuselage cones, looks very smooth and curved.
I tried instead to massage a cone into a curved shape, it ballooned a bit into a barrel like shape, will probably have to sand anyway. So, your method might be better.
I also was a little too enthusiastic in bending the foam and caused a lot of creasing.

Might want to try Beacon Foam Tac and see whether you like it more. CA is good when you can wick it into already positioned parts. Foam Tac is good at gluing foam parts together. My friends swear by it.
