Can anybody recommend the mixing ration of oil / petrol for a Zenoha G26. The manual says 25 to 40:1 people say that 50:1 is what required. I am using Motul 600 2T.

I have G62, but the same oil ratio applies. I use 50:1 fully synthetic motorbike racing oil, but would go to 40:1 if using non or partially synthetic oil.

People ARE strange... why would you use any other oil ratio than what's recommended by manufacturer?
I'm thinking of using ~25-32% on my Zenoah, to have better lubrication.

I used to play around on things called go-peds. They ran off Zenoha engines, we got up to about 30-40 mph. Google, go-peds. They are pretty neat, any how, I always got these packets for oil for the engines. They are about a dollar a packet. They have enough oil for one gallon to what ever.

Oh and if you go to engine parts on that website. I believe the Zenohas were always the g23orc and the g26orc. You can buy any part for your engine there. The thing I loved about those engines, powerfull and you can get 100 miles to the gallon on them.

And yeah I belive I remember doing 1:25. Those are some pretty hardy engines, they can take a beating. But not like you want to. They have quite a bit of lee-way on the oil though.

GS62 is the best engine I had my life. It is in my exstra 300L the plane is 11.8 kg for you guys in the statse it is 25.96 pounds. It swings a 22.10 prop @ 7.800rpm. Mix 35.1 102.6 octane

If you use a good high quality oil designed for 50:1 you'll be OK. I can say for certain, however, more oil makes more power up to a certain point. After I had about 2 or 3 gallons through mine a friend at the field was saying that if I ran more oil I would make more power. To test his theory I ran my G26 starting out at 50:1 then 40:1 then 32:1 then 25:1 and finally at 20:1. With each increase in oil content I picked up rpm's. Every time was with the same prop and since the tests were all back to back the same weather conditions applied. The difference was quite small between 25 and 20:1 but the others were significant.
