RCLander Vector System

Dear All,

I would like to introduce our own design vector system for you. It has been put into our F-16 for testing flight with a very well performance. That means our F-16 will be brought you one more flying activity choice and having more fun to you.
The whole system is a 360 degrees CNC full metal material and operated by two servos with ball linkage push robs. It will be ready on or before mid. of July. The following is flying performance (4S & 6S power version) video for sharing with all of you.

RCLander F 16D WR 4S version with vector system flying video (6 min 44 sec)

RCLander F 16D with vector system testing flight video 20090624 (3 min 7 sec)

If you have any question, please feel free to contact with your near dealer or us.

Hope you will like it and enjoy its performance.

Best regards,
Tim

Very Nice!

While I lean to the 3 servo method for a single TV, I've been thinking that the best way to get a dual fan vector system to work would be to have TV units set up to pivot like a conventional heli swashplate operated with 2 servos. This takes more mechanical design with pivots in grooved holders etc. but 4 TV servos to mix is possible with current high end radios (along with the other surfaces).

6 servos in the 120 degree mode on a twin will require some new software in the current radios today to drive them and the other surfaces as there aren't enough custom mixes, even in the top end TX's to get pitch, roll, and yaw.

This is a great step forward!

phantastic, this F-16 really danced up there, wow.

Hey, it looks like you have one anchor point at the top and the 2 servos left and right are mixing up/down/left/right.
Hm, nice construction, I love it, should use that in my planes....

It looks like yaw control is hooked to the ailerons, not the rudder. I would rather it be hooked to the rudder.

So plug the Rudder T/V servo into your rudder port!
Might need a Y-cable, but so will the Aileron port.

Are you planning on making a TV module for any other size fans? I planned to make exactly what you have done for a 90mm fan.

I would buy 2 sets now if you did.
