Fellows, my right retract worked fine first two cycles--now I notice that the
stainless steel pin which projects half inch out of the strut near the base does not
turn when closing the retract. Have enclosed a picture. HOW DO I FIX THIS
PROBLEM? I know nothing about retracts. Have enclosed a picture.

Also, some how or other when I opened the right retract the third time, I spotted
two little magnets stuck on the metal plate at the base. They don't exist on the
left retract. Where do they go?
