RC Sound module for 20$

Hi.
I've added some sounds in to my BF-109.
Everything should be less 20$

We are using 6 wav files with different engine RPM.
+ 1 file for start and 1 for shut-off...
They are should be uploaded in to root of SD card.

RPM will be taken from transmitter throttle pin.

On video you can hear that between different sound file we have small delay.
Right now I don't know how to fix it...

If you can improve this code, please share it!

Code and BF-109 Sound files are in the attachment.

More BF-109 pics are here:

Amplifier:

Idea was taken from here:
Proof of concept rc sound module with arduino and wav-file (0 min 38 sec)

My system:
Rc sound system, Arduino (0 min 55 sec)

Final Result:
Bf 109 sound module (1 min 38 sec)

Here is nothing special.
Standard wiring for micro SD module.
https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-...utorial/wiring

Speaker output is pin 9 -> connect to the amplifier.
RC input - pin 2 -> connect to receiver throttle out.

Is the pause caused by opening a new file? if so, you could do the opens at the start and select which file to play "now" using an already-open file.

I built the circuit and tried uploading the code onto my Arduino Nano V3.0, but It will not compile. It keeps giving me this error:
Arduino: 1.6.2 (Windows 7), Board: "Arduino Nano, ATmega328"

rc_sound_module_4step_plus_start_stop.ino:5:73: fatal error: TMRpcm.h: No such file or directory

compilation terminated.

Error compiling.

Even though I installed the TMRPCM Library... Any ideas?

Edit: Problem solved. I did not install the library correctly even though I followed the instructions on the TMRpcm Github page. You can avoid this issue by downloading and extracting the zip to your desktop, inside the main folder is another folder called "TMRpcm" which you need to drag and drop to the Arduino libraries folder. Probably common knowledge for most, but I figured it may be helpful for beginner programmers like myself.

I must have this wired improperly or something. I'm using an Arduino Nano board, not the uno as shown in your video. So the speaker output is pin 9, which is D6? And the Reciever signal is connected to Pin 2, which is RX?
For whatever reason, no sound is being made when I throttle up.

For the Nano, D9 is speaker out, D2 is Throttle input.
CS from the card reader connects to D4.

Check the Sound Files, when I downloaded them I had to rename 6 of them from 0.wav-5.wav to 1.wav-6.wav. to work correctly with the program. The startup and shutdown files are fine.
