bent prop

got a bent prop in the mail today from an order. is there a way to fix it? looks like it got stepped on or wedged against something. it was shipped in an a regular envelope with shipping tape rapped around it so no real padding.

If you are stuck with it for whatever reason you can very carefully bend it back to a symmetrical shape, measure a lot and go slowly. Once it looks the way you want it to remember to also sharpen and balance it, these days it’s almost a lost art. Look for prop modification threads here and they will further explain how to do this.

If the blades are soldered on, inspect those joints very carefully. It's not high strength solder, so the joint could be broken.
If needed, the solder could be reflowed, but you'll want the prop blades already straightened, and sitting in a fixture to hold their position.
