Maiden test hop.
Things do not seem quite right just yet.
I believe I need a tad more power and a better manicured field
The school doesn't DO the lawn at this time of year.
Vid taken with a Turnigy CAM clipped to my Eye glasses.
Edited with Winvid Maker.
That also explains the heavy breathing sounds !
Note Large RIGHT rudder deflection needed to go straight in the early clip.
I will add a bunch of Right motor offset before the next try.
Probably with some Down as well.
Regardless it is what it is

Thats neat the original is in Oshkosh WI at the eaa museum. My dad worked with Dr. Lippisich in Cedar Rapids IA on this boat/aircraft. I met him a few times when I was a kid. There is a video of this flying, but don't know where. Are your wings to sponsons flat? I remember a little angle on the originals.
But neat any way. good luck
