We're extremely fortunate to have weekend use (most of the time) of one of the Navy's satellite airfields used for training helicopter pilots. This one happens to be an old WWII airfield, others are similar one mile squares with short grass but no runways and taxiways. We've had a lot of rain this Summer so the grass is a beautiful green instead of parched brown.

And, of course, if it weren't for SUSA we wouldn't have these beautiful airplanes that fly so well. If you're ever in Pensacola over a weekend get in touch and we'll go flying.
