Error message "Unable to connect to the DElight"

Months ago I successfully programmed my DElight controllers (I have 2). Today I tried to change the programming on one of them. When I clicked on "Program" I got the error message "Unable to connect to the DElight".

Can anybody give me some trouble shooting advice.

I have tried:
Disconnecting and reconnecting the controller
Different controller (I have 2)
Different programmer (I have 2)
Turning off Norton Antivirus
Turning off Ipod "listening" device

I am stumped and turning to Dimension Engineering or the body of users looking for the fix.

Thanks!

If your computer has been on for more than 23 days that can happen. A reboot fixes it.

We have found that if USB voltage slips below 5V, this can cause an issue.

If you have a powered hub, that fixes the issues 9/10.

What OS are you running?
