90 A of current is very high for that battery !
I don't know if the battery will serve you , I'm using the same motor 3674 but on 10Ah !

well.. even if the avarage current would be 30a/h=0,5a/minute.. 6min*0,5a/min= 3a.. so it wont be possible with that much energy consuming.. but no1 can suggest your set up without knowing the size of ur boat etc..

Why such a big boat and motor for small battery? You'd be better off with a smaller hull and motor if you're stuck using 2200mah packs.

yeah you're right !
but what can I do if I have only this big hull and need this big motor for the future :/
this sucking rule is ruining my plan to win the contest in the hood

2.2Ah is nothing ....

-a drag race for 30 meters in the lake (here I'll use the full power of the motor)
-another stage for crossing a toy ducks ( 14 meters going and 14 meters coming I'll be using a low speed )
-final stage I think the same but on low speed too

so I think each boat will totally run for 6 or 7 mins max

You'll be screwed in the low speed maneuverability with a hull like that, fast boats don't steer well at slow speeds.

The more you mention, the more I think you need a much smaller hull to have a better chance.

Something like this would do much better at slow speed and tight maneuvering without being slow in the drag race portion:

Or, with a hull like this:

you could do the whole course at high speed...
