Bob, how the heck do you do this stuff in a motel room? Do you carry all the supplies, drills, Dremels in your truck? I want to see how ya do it. What happens when you drip epoxy all over the computer table in the motel room LOL

My truck is a rolling machine shop! I have a building top I use to set on the desk. I just leave an little extra tip for the maid for all the balsa dust But yes I have a tray I keep all my glues and epoxies in that sets in my truck cabinet with my dremel set and small tools. This is an easy build 3 nights tops.

Hey, I took mine out and unwrapped it. Really nice for the money, hardly any parts. I threw away the aux fuel tank, heck it will slow the plane quite a bit. Check out the manual, the CG point is figured different than we are used to. I wonder how many guys will screw up when they don't refer to the manual.

The manual calls for double sided tape for some of the servos, I can't see doing that, it will enable some slop in the controls.

Don't use the stock hardware

I wouldn't use the stock hardware, I used 2-56 pushrods with Great Planes small nylon control horns on all control surfaces around $7 bucks for the parts.

Just left Nitroplanes with a replacement plane : Like I said they are always striving to be the best! They opened the new box to inspect it for me and apologized for the gorrillas that damaged it I asked them about the struts since I was there and they aren't sure when they will come. Hopefully within this month they thought.

They also said they wuld keep an eye on this thread So, Tony, Paul, Thanks Guys!

Hey this new kit has stringers wrapped around the ducts. The first one didn't.

Marv solid linkages...that wont flutter .Bob glad they fixed you up .to bad they wont allow you to by from them on a walk in .

Yeah because of their tax structure they are not allowed walk ins. But let me tell you the good news is they moved to a new building and have all new furniture and computer stations. Looks great inside!! If they are investing like this maybe we can expect more of this quality plane and pricing

They did have a "will call" spot at the truck bay Call and ask I bet you could, just can't pay at the counter. It all has to be internet transactions.
